This planet is no longer as it *used-to-be*, in every possible way we could imagine.
Scientists studying the stars, the Universe can say a lot about that: with every particle of a split second, something changes *out there*. The powers are awesome, beyond our powers of imagination, beyond mine certainly.
As a *normal* occupant of our planet I live my life, and sometimes every day * making the best of it* is easy, at other moments I feel bogged down with the sheer boredom of it all, and also at some moments - when everything is progressing either according to wishes and plans, at least *that day* can be regarded as one which had been relatively successful. It is obvious that as soon as you have a *string* of such good, successful days, making this *a good, successful week, the feelings of *WELLNESS* can become more permanent, have a lasting POSITIVE effect on you.
While I outlined the heading of this blog so many words expressing what I mean came to mind.
In fact what I want to write about comes from an accumulation of TWENTY years METAPHYSICAL *scientific* awareness and *practical* experience.
As I mentioned: above our heads *The Universe* keeps moving, exploding with *new* situations all the time. We as humans living on a pinprick in that Universe are *sitting ducks* unless we *do something about it*. For instance: the RADIATION that we are exposed to on this planet is much much more intensive than prior to an enormous meteoric impact on the planet JUPITER, which occured early 1994. (check it out: NASA has records).
I want everyone to be aware of the effects such unavoidable *accidents* have on us, on our metabolism, our cells, our lives and ??? if so, what can we ourselves do to continue living with this added STRESS, physically and mentally.
